  Now many can understand why there were complains about the inefficiency of nano TiO2 when in theory it is stated to kill germs, eradicate molds and fungi while in actuality the results were otherwise! It goes back to basically to its size as well as its crystal structure ANATASE. Other factors also contribute to its failure such as application methods as well as site conditions. The real site situation after application can actually determine the size of the nano TiO2 as many manufacturers and suppliers claim their nano TiO2 is of low nano sizes.
